This is a great looking pod for cold plunging. It sets up quickly, and has everything you need to get started.Our whole family uses our plunge, so it’s a variety of sizes. I’m around 6 feet tall and 220. My son in the photo is 6’1” and 167. The water level is where it is, in order to not overflow when I plunge. I can not plunge any deeper than he is in the photo, he could probably fully immerse, if the water level were higher. We keep our plunge on the lanai, and I don’t want water flooding out each time.We are using the Vevor 1/4 HP chiller. It got the water down to 61 degrees the first night. It started at 88 degrees. It’s very hot here in south FL. The second night it got down to 56 degrees. I think for this to be a cost effective option, and to reach colder temps, it’ll require additional insulation. The layers of material do seem to provide some insulation, but not nearly enough. The pod sweats a lot all day long.We really like the concept of this plunge, but I think we need a larger one. Mostly because of my size. If only one person is using it, or if it doesn’t matter if it spills over, the size won’t matter. It’s really not completely important to us. But I really want the option to fully immerse, and not spill water over.It’s a good tub, and a fine option, as long as the few compromises to adversely impact your situation.

Hubby had done a few ice plunges already so was very excited to get this and was really impressed with it as much better than anticipated considering the affordable price and the fact its self assembly. Although it seems strange to arrive so small once you assemble it which is pretty easy (bit like those self assembly laundry bins to be honest!) and put the ring on the top and inflated its a very sturdy unit and you can very safely take the plunge as he has done many times now with no issues now.Its not massive but big enough for the avergae person, but if you are particularly large or tall then double check the sizing. He's gotten a lot of use out of it and loves it making it great value for us and would happily recommend.

Add a little bit of a worry when it came to this outdoor plunge tub and in the fact that I thought it might not withstand somebody my size going in and out of it unrepeated basis, however it does actually stand up to where and has been used a decent amount so far. And relatively easy to put together as the poles just slide straight inside then there's a ring that's around the top of the plunge pool which needs to be inflated, then just fill and enjoy or suffer. It's designed to retain all of the cold that you're going to put in there so make sure that you're using plenty of ice and it should hold on to a lot of that although in the hotter temperatures it's a lot more difficult to maintain that for longer. But in the uk shouldn't be too much of an issue for long.

I was shocked to see a ice bath available on amazon and to see the rrp was a surprise as i expected to pay way more than the rrp as i know how much i pay at my local physio's.This offers fantastic value for money, very well made, fantastic size,my husband isn't exactly small he's quite wide and muscular so worried he would break this but no problems at all.Assemble is super easy with the poles and you get a drain hose, when not in use you can pack it away in it;s carry bag.This really does offer fantastic value for money, very well made with good hard working quality materials and a fantastic design and great size measurments so suited for even the larger of people either height or width ways.Keeps the low temperature very well so your ice isn't going to melt as soon as you get in as this is clearly well insulated.

Doesn't take long to inflate and set-up, though does take roughly 30mins to fill up (I guess it may vary depending on your house and flow).It's a nice personal plunge tub. It does take some guts to get yourself into the tub and make it a routine, but if you can there's plenty of proof that it does you good.The tub itself holds itself well though the lid is flimsy and probably would collapse in on a rainy day (just something to bear in mind). Releasing the water is an easy process with the built-in tap.

This was great for us, we wanted to experience ice baths in a safe way, but also because we don't have a bath in our house, we haven't had anything to dip into cold or hot, so we've been using this for warm water as well for a proper soak.Very easy to put up, and very easy to get water out of it too. It is sturdy enough for a person to use it sensibly.Once used, it can be folded back away to reduce it's storage footprint.

This is a good plunge tub. It s really easy to set up and use. Had no problems with leaks. It’s a good size, just enough for me. It’s really lightweight too. Good value for money.

This is great for ice therapy which I have only recently begun. Assembly was easy and straightforward, inflation by mouth is doable in a reasonable amount of time. I’m going to use it as a beer chest at my Super Bowl party next year.

Eine schöne Variante der Eistonne. Material überzeugt, auch das Design, ebenso die Größe.Leider ist Bestellung ohne das Ablaufventil angekommen. Weil es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk war, haben wir improvisiert. Wäre die Reklamation einfacher gewesen, hätte ich dies gemacht. In Anbetracht der Umstände sind dies die einzigen Kritikpunkte an diesem Produkt.

The bathtub is very lightweight, almost too much. It is not sturdy, but it works for occasional use. The setup takes quite a while the first time, but once you get a hang of it, the following times are much easier, even though we opted to keep it as is, covered in the garage.The size is decent, good for me, a little small for my husband, but, I guess, it is standard for these.Overall, it held up pretty well so far.
