Great product to crack yo back

This is awesome but I needed to throw some grip tape on the bottom for it to really shine.

I like the interchangeable parts. Very easy to use and small enough to travel with.

I work in a gym with so many amenities to cater to recovery. But this is the item people are always asking to use when it comes to releasing tight muscles. Were able to use attachments from our massage guns as well as use the attachments from this item on the massage guns.

Good tool, helpful at times. Can be difficult to maneuver around on, requires core strength. And there are a lot of pieces to store. Overall helpful for irritating trigger points but you have to have the ability to comfortably get on the floor and I know that can be challenging for some individuals.
