Mungbohnen
Lange habe ich gesucht nach Bio-Mungbohnen zum Keimen (und nicht chinesisch :-) ), mein optimales Frische-Gemüse im Winter. Leider keimen diese Bohnen nicht sehr gut. Es sind immer wieder welche darunter, die es nicht tun, und man denkt, man beißt auf einen Stein. Auch wenn ich die oben schwimmenden Samen beim Ansetzen abschöpfe, ist das Problem leider nicht gelöst. Vielleicht hat jemand anderer einen anderen Tipp?
