Tree Keepers Oracle

I have been waiting for this deck!!! The storytelling and artwork by Stephanie Law is comprised in her usual entrancing and magically detailed storytelling which is always breathtaking. This deck is the long awaited companion to the Shadowscapes Tarot. The collaboration with Angi Sullins who has authored several decks such as, Wild Woman Rising, Woman in Total Control of Herself, Divine Nature, and the Wisdom of Hafiz Oracle, is profound in her prolific way of offering us a journey toward self realization and discovery. Her telling of the mythology, legend, and folklore in the druid relationship with trees and their sacred presence pulls you in to the magical detail of Stephanie's artwork...it is all together captivating and enchanting.Technically, the only drawback to this deck is the card stock which I feel US Games could do better on. I know they offer other mass market decks in the higher grade glossy "linen" stock, that for me would justify the paying of a higher price for the improved clarity to the artist's detailed artwork. The stock itself is flexible without being flimsy, and it does shuffle quite easily especially if you are a riffle shuffler. However, be aware the edges are gilded and will eventually wear off. I'm not sure what happened to the green edging that was originally intended for this deck. The 44 card deck includes a full color guidebook that is made of a premium paper, which again makes me wonder why they opted for the overly glossy card stock. Overall this is a fantastic deck and one that I am sure will become an age old favorite among the tarot community as the Shadowscapes tarot has.

Stunning Deck with Exquisite Artwork & Clear MeaningsMs Law is my favorite watercolor artist & I was grateful to have this deck arrive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Ms Sullins provides beautiful easy to comprehend/applicable meanings to each card for implementing in your life. I don't find anything wrong with the cardstock & find the packaging elegant. This will be my goto deck 1st before any other from now on. I feel at home here in Stephanie's landscapes like I am being nourished by Mama Gaia in all her splendor. I almost want to live in Stephanie’s divine yet earthy artistry. Ms Sullins & Ms Law are a powerhouse of creation. As a post amateur of watercolor art, I know the work that goes into bringing your artistic gifts to life. Blessings to you both for creating this lovely nurturing deck.

This deck is stunning.

The cards are such good quality and the print it superb. There was a little green pouch inside (for the cards) that was a pleasant surprise—matching the same 'geen' theme that you can find in all (gold edge) cards. I love the artistry and appreciate the amount attention that has been given to every single detail in each card.

So I’ve been steering clear of the vast numbers of these decks by Angi Sullins that US Games has been pumping out, assuming that anything created in that volume so fast can’t be any good. I bought this one because the art work is by Stephanie Law, who did the Shadowscaoes Tarot. The purples of that deck didn’t really resonate with me, but oh, do the colors of this one! The art is beautiful. The card descriptions are brief, but good. The guidebook is high quality and full-color. I’m really only dinging this for the shiny card stock and the gilded edges, which make it look cheaper than its rather expensive price, and because 44 cards is a little on the low side. But still, it’s a gorgeous deck. The organza bag it comes with is good quality and perfect for the deck, too. The backs are stunning, and reversible.
