Great idea - but simple amendments would make it perfect.
Great idea. Two downers - 1) the back cover of the sleeve has lots of blurb about dementia and how to interract with the sufferer and also tells about the designer's grandparent who had dementia. For a sensitive dementia patient this makes it useless a present. I had to cut off the back cover and just present it as a fun jigsaw. This information could be on a slip of paper than could be removed before presenting as a gift 2) The images are a bit abstract and indistinct, so those with less-than-perfect eyes find it hard to pick out which piece goes where. If the images were less 'impressionistic' that would help.

Too challenging
I found this jigsaw harder than I had hoped for in meeting the needs of a loved one with non-severe cognitive impairment. The pieces may be fairly large but for a person with mild to moderate cognitive impairment, it could prove almost impossible to see the essential clues for knowing which parts match the relevant parts from the picture provided.

Good jigsaw for Alzheimer's sufferers
Excellent entertainment, easy to handle pieces and a bonus making the jigsaw within the box.

Simple yet fun puzzle
Was perfect for my mother with memory loss. She could do it in her own time and her granddaughter could help her too.
