Igloo Pets Ltd Snow Pet Litter

I was excited to try this product as I'd heard it was great. My cat wouldn't use it at first, and I could tell he needed to! So I put a little bit of his old clay litter in so it smelt familiar. He soon went inside - Great! It does really well at keeping the smells in. But when you take the lid off - phoar! What a smell. So I am bothered about just how 'nice' it is for him. He does get some of it on the floor just outside the tray. It does seem to cover the wee and poo and therefore keeps the smells 'in.' I don't think the product lasts '1 month for one cat' - I feel as though 7-10 days it needs changing. As he tends to use the litter at the back of the tray only (I do switch the tray around to get the most use out of the litter) but the thing is it does smell a lot inside the tray. So I worry he will find it very smelly and not want to wee inside. He did at one point start weeing in shoes! He did this in the middle of the night, and I feel it was due to the smell inside. As he is a 6.5 year old cat and never done anything like that before and he was using the tray during the day. And when I changed it he continued to go back in his tray and not wee in a shoe....but when it got a bit smelly again he weed in another shoe! And I do take out the wee/poo to try and keep it as pleasant as possible. I do love the tray and this product - as I do feel it does keep the smell inside the tray (no more bad smells in the room) but I don't think it lasts a month for one cat. I don't think it's badly priced. I fill his tray with half a bag once every 7-10 days. The cost works out the same /or slightly cheaper than before (when using the white clay crystal litter)So I'd rather get this product, as the other litter left lots of smells in the air. I would recommend this product if the smells of the litter tray you have are very strong! And get the deal with filters etc.

Have been using this litter for over a year now. Very easy to clean litter trays as virtually nothing left on bottom to scrub off. No odours either. Only issue is it's expensive. Wish stockists would offer discounted repeat purchase.

perfect product and longer lasting - cats like it too

I've recently tried quite a few litters as I have 5 adult housecats. This hasn't been the cheapest but its by far the best. Lasts for ages and very good if any of the cats have bad tummy's as it clumps so well.

I loved this litter very clean to use, only thing its quite expensive to use with two indoor cats as they tend to use litter box a lot
