Edited review. 27 august, 2023.I put a piece of paper over the cell and closed the plastic cover. It works good. Some loose contact problem. So if your's have problem as i had put in my first review, put a piece of paper over the cell and press fit. i bought 2 cells thinking that the cell that came with product must have drained out. It works well. Sorry for having put 1 star on my earlier review out of disappointment. I don't use it often. Will give after lot of weighings. So far, it is good1st reviewWhen weight is applied, in just 1 second, it resets to zero. Again one must wait for 0.00 counter, again the same nonsense. It resets to 0.0000 after weight is applied. Again you remove weight repeat the nonsense. Someone had returned with the coin type cell inside it. It came to me with cell inside. During transport and every movement the lights must have turned on and off depleting the cell. I will buy a new cell, insert it and test it. Sender must remove cell during sending to another buyer or else the cell will drain out during transport. I must have returned it in return window itself. Now it is too late. Of 4 reviews, 3 reviews were made on 9 July and another also in the month of July. Are they genuine new customer reviews?. Not know, whether product is faulty or cell must be replaced. You won't get the computer desktop CPU type cell in rural areas. Only in cities. But it is commonly available
