The media could not be loaded.  You can’t turn off the annoying sound affects. And the lights don’t follow the music. Not worth the price at all. It’s so annoying I don’t even want to turn it on.

The media could not be loaded.  While I did love these gloves the fit, was kindof awkward because the material is so bulky. If yo have smaller hands like me the straps could be slightly longer to make for a tighter fit, these were decent for my t home workout use as I don’t use a punching bag. The quality was decent but again I would not recommend for heavy use.

I am a huge fan of anything boxing or MMA, so I had to jump on this after seeing numerous videos of them being used. If you've ever played Rock Band or Guitar Hero then you'll enjoy this too; as it's basically the same concept. The only thing is when you punch it the effects sound like Looney Toons lol, so it almost feels more tailored for a child. You can use the pre-installed track on it, or you can connect it to your phone via Bluetooth to stream music through it. The speakers aren't very loud though, so whatever music is playing may be drowned out once you start punching it along with the sound effects it makes.They did include a set of basic gloves with it though, so that was nice. The installation is also easy, especially since you can mount it with the included Velcro, screws, or the doubled sided tape on the back. Compared to other brands, this one is slightly cheaper, but I still don't think they are worth over $50. I feel like sellers overprice these things because of the social media hype, but nonetheless, my son and I will get use out of it. I'll give it 4 stars due to being a neat concept, and since it helps with coordination training.

They fit small hands. There is good padding for protecting my hands. Good buy for beginners.
