I love the size of this tapioca and how it cooks up

I use this product in berry and cherry pies. I also use it in oven stew. I was shocked not to be able to find it.It is back in the stores now at half of what I paid. I was thankful to get it.

We have a tapioca fruit salad to start the day so the large quantity, fair priced, tasty product is much appreciated.

I use tapioca for thickening in my fruit pies. I was reluctant to ise anything other than Kraft minute, but having a hard time.finding it in stores. I find this tapioca to be comparable.

It’s hard to find minute tapioca on the grocery store shelves these days. Not sure why; so, when I found this product, I immediately bought it. It’s ground a little finer than the “red box” variety, but since it’s the flavor and texture that matter most, this was no problem.

I bought this thinking it was the same as the Minute Tapioca in the box. I thought Minute Tapioca was a brand name. If it is, they mqke two different products. While the taste is the same, it does not cook up the same and has a different texture. The recipes on the package, I've now noticed are different, too. I'll try it with the recipe on the package and see if the texture is better. It is OK, but not as good as the boxed.

When we couldn't find tapioca in any shelves in our local stores we were thrilled to find this product. Less expensive per weight/volume than Kraft, it cooks up well into the "fluffy tapioca dream" recipe or family loves.So glad to find this!
