The cushion is too large for a small mask. You’ll love the cushion! It makes such a difference with the seal of the mask. And I find that the masks don’t wear out and tear as easily. **Q: Is the large the same as the wide?** A: The wide is not the same as a large. The AirFit F30i cushion does not come in a large size. **Q: Is this the complete mask or just the silicone cushion?** A: It is exactly what is pictured, the mask (plastic with silicone edging) not including the frame and headgear. **Q: When doing the setting on the machine is this considered a cushion or full face mask?** A: Please check with your doctor on the settings/gear you should/can use. My machine is set to full face mask as that is my impression of what the F30i is considered.
