Beldray LA032096TQ Double Sided Spray Mop with Chenille and Microfibre Sided Head for Washing and Drying, 550 ml Tank, Turquoise

This isn't easy to use. It's difficult to know which side to use and because it's so big, you can't get into corners like you can with a normal mop? I also don't like the fact that the container with the water in it leaks every time I try to refil it. It isn't the best spray mop out there, I should have spent more money on a better quality one!

The headline says it all, not worth my while returning it! Disappointed that this broke on first use. Might suggest a potential fault in other units!

You get what you pay for. It's okay for very light cleaning but you have to spray a million times to get enough liquid out and push down quite hard to clean the floor properly. It's cheap and cheerful for light cleaning though.

Unfortunately the mop itself is very flimsy. The first arrived broken. The replacement’s trigger was loose, as if it was getting stuck on something stopping the pressure from being there in order for the mop to spray anything. It eventually clicked back into place but this happened on repeat after each spray. Had a different Beldray mop previously which was great and much more sturdy but sadly couldn’t find it. I have to say though, the customer service from Beldray was amazing and they made no fuss at all in helping to resolve the issues immediately after I made them aware, so top marks for that.

Had one before which had batteries in and was a smaller head , we liked that model better . But we are very happy with this Model , it does a good job ! ,

This has a good spray action (unlike a different brand I previously bought which was a bit pathetic) so you can use the floor cleaner of your choice. The two-sided effect allows you to clean then mop the excess so the floor dries a lot more quickly. The pad can be removed and I just pop it in the wash with everything else. Mice got at the microfibres but a supermarket replacement pad also fitted this mop so it's a winner all round. Makes a much better job of a muddy floor than my steam cleaning mop.

Easy to assemble, easy to use & easy to clean. BUT IT LEAKS!!!! so you end up having to also mop up the leaks after you clean!!!!This is my second one of these mops. My first purchase was great, no leaks.This purchase, upon assembling before I used it I noticed that there was already some water residue in the bottle as when I pressed the spray lever there was water coming out. I thought this weird!! But couldn't hassle with going through the returns procedure..Yes WATCH OUT, there are reviews that mentioned about the leaks but as I had no problems with my 1st mop, I chose to ignore the warning. Advice: don't ignore this review!!!

My first Beldray spray mop broke after just 1 month and I received a replacement unit from the seller.However, the second unit also broke after less than a month’s use.There is a flaw in the design/quality in which when one uses the ‘dry’ side of the mop, it couldn’t stand the friction between the mop and the floor causing the plastic pin holding the head to snap and break.I will not be considering a replacement as this mop just proves it cannot handle even its basic function.Utterly disappointed!
