How does this compare to the tape? Anyone tried both?

In my experience this will be more reliable than using tape.

I have a narrow strip of grass behind a row of bushes. The pop up sprinklers cant penetrate the bushes to water that strip. Could I use this?

From experience this tubing does a good job of soaking the ground. Running it for about a half hour will moisten the soil about six inches on each side and down about four inches in my sandy conditions. Seems the further from the emitter the less wet the surface as it soaks in quickly. Down just a few inches it is moist. I have a meter. You can run two lines if needed. How do you cut the grass back there?

Can this tubing be buried?

Yes, you can. Hey this tubing. It will eventually erode the soil over it because the water coming out of the drip holes will wash it away. There is no need to bury it.
