This is our new favorite frying pan. We’ve had it for months and I use it almost every day. I do not use non stick spray because that definitely shortens the length of the nonstick coating. It’s a perfect size for eggs and omelettes.

Like this pan a whole lot! After seeing the chef in Japan use it for his omelettes, I wanted one for myself.

I’ve been using the Ernest A-77663 frying pan for a while now and I’m pleased with it. The non-stick surface works excellently, allowing me to cook eggs, pancakes, and veggies without any sticking or scraping. It heats evenly across the surface, so food cooks consistently every time. The handle stays cool and feels sturdy, which makes it comfortable to use. The size is a bit small.

If youa re looking for this pan to help you make a fancy japanese omelette.....well it will not!!! Making tht omelette requires TECHNIQUE. Nevertheless, if you are making content for Social Media, this pan looks insanely cool.

This pan works good for what it is, but making omurice is all in the technique not the pan

I absolutely love cooking with this. I honestly wish I had not waited so long to purchase it. You will not be disappointed.

The pans will change the taste of eggs and they taste toxic. Probably the Teflon on the pan isn't a high quality one that can result in an unhealthy taste. It doesn't heat up probably on induction stove. Everything generally has a plastic-ish taste when cooked in this pan.
