I’ve been buying these every couple of years and keep coming back to them. They’re solid, dependable, and the sound quality is perfectly fine for everyday use. What I really like is that they don’t press down on my head, which makes them ideal for wearing while cycling with a helmet. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the rubber ear pads tend to break down after about a year. That said, I use them outdoors a lot and they’re exposed to sun regularly, so that’s likely a factor. Overall, still a great product and one I’m happy to keep repurchasing.

I have had this for over a year. Best headphones ever. The sound is amazing and it is very comfortable to wear. Not like in ear phones.

This headphone was a complete let down. Biggest issues is after several months, the power cord connection started moving around on headset. Now, it does not even charge anymore. Very bad. My last wrap around headset lasted 10 years. Also, it is nice to have a "auto" power off feature, but it powers off when watching things and then powers back on. Not sure what is going on with that. Right in the middle of watching a movie it will do this. Very annoying. I can understand if I step away for ten minutes, but it is problematic. Not sure how it detects if you are away from headset...but it does not work well in this area. The power cord connection is the biggest problem. It was a complete waste of money. The price was nice, but not if I only get a few month use out of it. I handle my electronics very carefully, so not sure why this happened.

Bought these almost three years ago. Beautiful. Highly recommended. Comfortable fit and the sound if excellent. There almost three years old now and still sound beautiful but I need a new pair because the foam is almost gone. Kind of expected though. I wear them in the gym and my ears get sweaty in the summer. Excellent headphones.

Sound and comfort isn't good. When listening to music, it sounds some what fant, almost like there something between my ear and the speaker. The plastic part that go over my ear burns after a while during my workout. So I don't use them when I workout. I only wear them while my others are charging. So in short, I can't in good conscious recommend them. I know others have given 5 stars, but I will respectfully disagree. To the maker, I would suggest revisit materials manufacturing process. Think about using silicon instead of the hard plastic. The operation of the buttons are ok but they feel like they might pop off the ear piece.

I wear these on my daily walks. They are exactly what I was looking for! They are lightweight, fit well (don't move around at all), very comfortable, the controls are user-friendly, and the sound is excellent. I have worn wired headphones for years (because the sound is usually much better), but the sound on these Bluetooth headphones is exceptional. The instrumentation is very clear, the separation is excellent, and the bass is pretty good for such a small headphone. Time will tell regarding the construction quality and how long they will last; for now, I am very pleased and highly recommend.

I know that bad reviews sometimes treat products unfairly. But I feel I must say that I have bought two of these and both failed within a few months after the warranty ran out. I treated the first as a fluke and bought another - they are not expensive, so I chose to just take that loss. But it has happened again. The first failed to charge altogether, and the second won't charge above 10%. I recharge it every two or three days. I don't know if that contributed to the problem.

Bought probably five of these over the years because pods just don’t fit in my ears. Sometimes it’s finicky when connecting but I like the design and sound.

I had owned the non-pro version of this headset for years until they fell apart. They were alright, but these are far better quality, pairing much more quickly and having a voice prompt that tells you exactly what the headset is doing.

This is my fourth pair of BTH240s (I currently cycle through three of them on rotation), but I only bought one pro model. I've had the pro for a year now. It's my worst one. They all take a long time to charge - which is why I rotate multiple pairs. Fast charge would be very appreciated. The Pro I bought last year gets worse battery life (continually playing light bgm, so not when silent) than the regular model that I bought in 2015 (which I still use several days out of the week). I don't know if the Pro chews through battery at a stupid rate, or if the software changes have made it a battery guzzler (the older ones I have do sometimes take a second attempt to pair over bluetooth, makes different sounds, and shuts off when charging or after ~5 minutes without activity). I'm inclined to say choose the regular model - but it's also possible that the correct answer is "buy it before 2024, they've since ruined the firmware".
