This, as well as the other ketone meter that I originally ordered, is VERY unreliable. I barely missed the return date, so now I have an expensive paper weight. 😩 It would show that I was in ketosis after eating sweets. Worse yet, it showed me to be in keto acidosis more than once, when I was strictly observing my keto diet. This is one of the worst buys I’ve ever made on Amazon. 😢

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023:After only 2 months the product stopped working. I get maybe 1 reading out every 10. Not worth repeatedly trying until I get a reading. For the first 2 months, it worked first time, every time. Disappointing for US$60. Interestingly enough, when I returned to update this review, the product is no longer available. Put your money toward a name-brand product.SEP 2023:Fantastic product! Easy to use and accurate. Helps me stay in ketosis. Two important things to know though:1. Keep the mouthpiece closed and the cap on as it's very sensitive to dirty and dust.2. Ketosis levels can vary from hour to hour so just because you register low on one reading doesn't mean you won't be back in ketosis 24h later. I've gone from a reading of 5ppm one morning to 30 ppm the next morning, dependent on what I eat and exercise. Consistency is key and the monitor helps you maintain it.

So I just use the up and down numbers to tell me how I'm doing, I don't really care about the accuracy as long as I'm in ketosis

Broke after 2 months. Waste of $50! :(

Worked for a couple of days, then started to show red with PPM in the 30s. Also the memory of readings did not work from the start. Not sure if this is a fluke or what. Need replacement if possible. Nor sure how to contact service team as stated in description.

This is the 2nd keto meter I purchased and it never has read correctly- a total waste of money
