I personally felt that metal body of a power bank is more secure than plastic body.Dual input port (TYPE C port) stopped charging (INPUT) after 2-3 months, But OUTPUT still working.It happens only with me or anyone else, I don't know!

I used this product for 1 year and after that it started discharging by it's own whether you use it or not. waster of money.

I received a 10W Amazonbasics power bank manufactured in November 2023—9 months old! Batteries degrade over time, making this nearly useless. To make things worse, when I tried to get a replacement, the item was suddenly “out of stock.” The seller’s behavior feels like a scam and is extremely disappointing. While the product has its merits, the seller's actions are unacceptable.

Ottima batteria esterna (power bank) costruita intorno alle batterie interne per diminuirne l'ingombro.-Capacità ridotta durante i primi due cicli di carica/scarica e poi i valori si sono allineati a quelli commerciali indicati in pagina prodotto.-Un pó "schizzinosa" circa la corrente/tensione di carica: se non rispetta valori minimi la ricarica non si avvia.
