This machine is FAST!! Easy to load.
Very pleased with the simplicity of Printing. Twice as fast as my previous machine. Just what I needed after owning one that require loading a roll. Nothing to open just slide the first label in the feed. the Paper folds like an accordion and is perforated for easy separating. .One problem is I want to print using bluetooth from my Mac Air. I thought I figured it out but the printer did not respond. I will have to do a chat with support.

Easy to use!
Ok, so I bought this on a whim just wanted to try out a Bluetooth printer versus the USB one. I already have the Dymo XL for my shipping labels however THIS one is easier to use! Being able to print from the comfort of my bed/couch versus having to get up to use my DYMO on my PC is easier and practical for me. The quality of printing is BETTER then my Dymo which I wasn’t expecting because Dymo is name brand. So this is well worth the money and you won’t regret it. I can even print from my car with the USB plug adapter on my phone! When I tell you this is amazing it’s IS!

I'm already in love
This little label printer is a must have for any business shipping needs. It prints so fast and it's so easy to set up and use. Just download the app, plug the machine in, load up the paper, connect your phone, and you're good to go. I don't have a printer so I had to print my labels at my day job, or go to a UPS and pay $2/per label to be printed. This thing has paid for itself already. I had several orders to fill today and this thing made packing an absolute breeze. Printing is just a ouch of a button in the app after you download your label pdf, and the label takes literally a half of a second to print. And then I don't even need packing tape. I can just slap the label right on to any box or bubbler envelope. It's amazing. I used to get really frustrated with my own packing process. I feel so stupid for not getting this label printer sooner. It really is an amazing little machine. I've only had it for one day and I already love it.

Wouldn't work on Windows or Mac
The headline says it all.The "driver" for windows runs automatically through the install stages, not manually as in their video.I wanted USB, but it detects BT available and pretty much insists on using that, even though it shows a USB connection (won't install if you don't give it BT).Finally installed. Tried a test print. Didn't print. With five tests queued up, somehow, one printed - the quality looked good, but since nothing else would ever print...Tried to use my Mac. Not seen as a USB printer. Tried downloading the printer app they suggest. It is really iPad only ... but sort of works on the Mac. Again, even though they insist you not try to configure it using BT on the Mac, the utility required BT.It finds the printer, and says it is connected, but never prints anything.Anyway, I don't want to use an app to print PDF files ... I want to print directly to the printer.Looks nice. Pity it doesn't work. Needs a LOT of work on driver and firmware - the usual failure point for Chinese devices.Returned.

Printer seems high quality. Software is "meh".
The printer works well wireless from my iPhone SE 2022. I don't like the some of the printer settings in the app "Shipping Printer Pro" by "Xiamen AiYin Technoolgy., Ltd." in the iPhone app store. One example is: Don't change the DPI to 300 (DOT 12) because it doesn't print the 4x6 labels properly. It prints it too large, off the label. I have to keep it as 203 (DOT 8) to properly fit on the 4x6 (100x150mm) labels. Apparently the printer is only capable of 203 dpi? That's fine. That wouldn't make it a very good decorative label printer though. Decorative labels would need a higher DPI to look nice. For shipping labels it's perfectly fine though.Changing the color density or the speed of printing doesn't seem to affect the actual color density. It just prints slower or faster. Quality doesn't change with either option changed.I have noticed that it sometimes acts as though it prints but then doesn't print. It may take printing a label two or three times (wirelessly from iPhone) to print. I haven't had that issue when plugged in, though I've only printed a few labels plugged in via my computer (Linux). I've never tried it in Windows or Mac. I rarely reboot into Windows, and I don't (yet) have a Mac. I haven't tested the printer via an Android phone. I haven't needed to test it.I use Linux (Arch if it matters) and had to find a compatable printer driver. This printer seems to be a re-brand of (or that one is a re-brand of this one) Nelko PL70e-BT. This is called PL70e-BT when plugged into my computer, and is the model number on the bottom of the printer. The driver provided by Nelko is for Windows, Mac, or Linux (Debian-based). I had to convert the .deb package into one for Arch. It worked. When printing from Linux you must manually create a "custom" size paper for this, and choose 4x6 inch or equivalent in mm/cm. Save it as a custom and keep that selected. That will allow you to print labels via Linux (Debian/Ubuntu or if converted your preferred package manager file format whatever distro you are using)I quickly realized I would need a roll of labels (which I purchased) but I will also need a roll dispenser (like a big tape dispenser). That's on my to-buy list.It prints quickly and the labels it came with tear away from the other labels easily. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. The printer is smaller than I was expecting. I didn't know what to expect for it's size as it is my first thermal label printer. It makes me feel better about leaving it out on my desk because it takes so little room compared to my now obsolete Canon Inkjet printer that will soon be sold/given or thrown away.

Great printer for the money
I have an Ebay store and kept reading about sellers using thermal printers. I decided it was time to up my game and purchased this one. I use it from my phone as it was easier. I could not figure out how to do it from my laptop (couldn't get it to Size correctly). I wish I had bought this sooner. Looks more professional and much quicker.

Easy to setup. Works great!
Was very easy to set up and get running. Prints great. I'm using it mainly for eBay shipping labels. Took a bit of time to get the label and paper size to coincide but once I figured that out (which really was easy), I was good to go. Prints labels at the speed of light! Absolutely a perfect thermal printer for anyone who prints lots of labels and needs to be quick about it. Love my Polono Thermal Printer. One of the best investments I've ever made. Thank you, Polona!
