My Husband and I LOVE this vibration board!! It has many different vibration levels! It literally feels amazing! It helps loosen and strengthen your muscles! If my neck/back is stiff, I can get on this platform and it does wonders for me! It’s also a helpful tool and great additive for wanting to work out/be fit. Some of the levels on the platform are similar to riding a bike. This platform really does wonders! You can also move this around easily. It’s not too heavy but also sturdy enough! This product has so much quality!

I’ve only used this once, but let me tell you I wish I had purchased it a long time ago, because I was in pain when I got on it and felt no pain after! Nice quality, great design, speed settings were great, nice workout, enjoyed using it and great for pain relief too!!! Win all the way around!!!

Just received at my door and tried it out right away! Super happy with it and the color is beautiful, designed with really good quality material , love the remote it comes with super easy to use. Noise level is very low not loud at all. Stability wise it is great with helping with balance , my posture isn't the greatest and I noticed right away it helped me maintain and keep a proper balance and posture for it noticed it encouraged that for me more. Im excited to see if it will help keep me with a good posture moving forward. Super easy to use and I can enjoy a show im watching while using it. I felt my body feel good and more awake in my legs I can definitely feel my blood circulation after 1 use . Very little of course since I only used it once so far so I'm excited how ill be feeling after more uses. It came packaged with great care as well.

I'm in med field and just got home and quickly pulled it out of the box. ...and plugged it in. My sis has one higher grade or more expensive and larger which I didn't want . I do yoga and was able to do a full squat chair pose for a few minutes..and had to slow it down but man it feels so good after working 12 hrs .I'll update later .Btw even if this isnt a product by AXV and one customer said it's a fake ..spelling mistakes .. who the heck cares .. it works great for me and I'll keep y'all posted hoping I sleep better!

I purchased this vibration plate because I wanted something easy to use at home, especially on days when I don’t have time for a full workout. I purchased this after reproductive surgery to help get my circulation going again. Great product and would recommend, especially biological women at any age and stage of life to help break that stress cycle of a very busy "work, life balance" BS. Even just five to ten minutes can help shake off and reset that nervous system, increase circulation and help with our balance. I used my kitchen counter to gently hold onto while on it at first. then was able to pull it back little by little as I regained balance, again from surgery and a MTBI/TBI where balance is a challenge some days. NOTE: As someone who spend 4 years working in Vascular surgery. Please consult your doctor if you are on blood thinners, or have a history of DVT's (blood clots). If you shake loose a blood clot that may cause other issues. Please consult your provider managing your care, especially if you have varicose veins- as those are an outward result of blood not flowing as effectively. To be on the safe side, consult your provider managing your care.

The vibration plate is great! I’ve only used it for a couple of days. But it’s very sturdy. Good stability and very easy to use! It definitely gets every part of the body moving! 😊 my husband has even tried it, which I am so surprised. he was getting concerned about his sluggishness and his lymphatic system. He said he was a slight bit woozy when he got off of it the first time, but it went away super quick. I didn’t have that issue. I really want to comment on the customer service. One of the resistance bands was damaged on arrival. I contacted the seller and immediately he provided a solution and I’m getting a new resistance band just 3 days after I contacted him. Very responsive and just great customer service!

So far no issues with the product. I've read tons of reviews on many different brands and they mostly indicate all of them have glitches and are expensive for what they are. I'm using it for the lymphatic system. I'm not expecting miracles. I feel like it's a modern version of the 1960's belt machines 🤔.
