very good book if looking for a home thats well over 200k! we got some ideas from this book though and converted them to our plans

Disappointed-this book has more decorating pictures (which I didn’t particularly like) than Plans. We’re about to build again & I’m looking for house plans with a basement which this book does have. I wanted a larger house footprint & more square feet than offered here. There are better plans online. This book was a waste of money or me.

The plan book provided us with the plan we were looking for.

Looked like nice book until I started getting to pages that had sections cut out. It was a good thing this book was so nice that I started looking at it right away and noticed the cuttings; otherwise it might have been a while before I started looking at it and it would have been past time of return. It is too bad I really enjoyed what I could read and look at. Would probably buy this book again from another seller.
