Works Well!
Works well for what I need with my Surface Pro.

Great Idea, great size,great customer service
I like the size and the design of the product, however after less than 2 months of use, not even daily use the unit no longer worked. I contact the company on Thursday about my concerns of a defective product and they had me troubleshoot some things. It still did not work, so without any questions they said they would ship a replacement device. I expected that it would take some time to get the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the replacement device was at my place less than 18 hours later. Very happy with the customer service.

Works Great
It came really quickly and works great. Only complain is that it’s kind of hard to insert, so you really have to force it in. This may be the way it’s supposed to be though. Idk cause this is my first surface.

It is nice having the different plugs in for the surface pro 11

It works, but it's flimsy
The product works fine. My only problem is that it's pretty flimsy. After a while, the port gets loose, which affects the connectivity.

Disappointed
I bought this docking station in September 2024. It stopped working six months later, right before an important meeting. Because of its proprietary design, it cannot be tested on my older Surface Pro device. Two thumbs down!
