The propel packets are great. I have a hard time drinking water this has helped me to drink about two and a half bottles of water a day the kiwi strawberry the watermelon and the raspberry lemonade are all awesome

Tastes okay but really helps my dehydration issue
Is this the most delicious thing I could drink-no. But it’s okay cold, especially when I increase the amount of water with the mix. Really helps when I become dehydrated and it is diabetic friendly. Easy to open and pour.

Pro:- it's great at flavoring waterConsider diluting 1 packet to more than 16oz if you just want to make water taste a little more exciting. Otherwise, to me, who is used to drinking sparkling water with only a hint of flavor, it was too intense.Con:- not sure I'd define the flavor as "strawberry kiwi." more of just a general "berry-ish". tastes great though!
