It's delicious! But at this price I reserve mine for things like drizzling over a great fresh abalone congee, or as a condiment at the table. It would be such a waste in cooking! For color comparison sake, this sessame oil compares to traditional Japanese Kadoya the way olive oil compares to dark maple syrup. It is much paler and complex in flavor, assuming my taste buds are still in good form.
