This was easy to assemble, the instructions were very clear, and my cats took to it within a day. I have 1 male cat who is over 15lbs (not fat he's just a big cat) and I have a chunky calico female who is around 12lbs (she's admittedly chubby) and they both force themselves to fit in the little hanging bed. It's very cute. It does wobble a little when they jump on it, however it's very sturdy, the top never lifts or moves from the ceiling. All 3 of my cats use it. Mine is in a corner, however it's not touching the walls on either side, and still very reliable. Just make sure to measure your ceiling height correctly and follow the instructions!

The product has good quality and it is easy to assemble (I’m 5’6 and I have to stand on a chair to finish the upper parts lol), but the cat tree is soooo cute. The most important thing is this cat tree actually give me extra space in the living room since it’s a floor to ceiling unlike my old one which is really wide. Overall great product!!

The top isn’t as strong as I thought it would be. It would fall over occasionally if my fat cats (12-15 lbs) jump on it. Even though I’ve secured it to the wall, the top will move and tilt. And I’ll have to fix it. And the scratching post part fell off already had it a little over than a month…

So we have a chonky cat who needed stairs to get to the top bunk at night to snooze with her person. We got this, thinking it would just be a cat tree. However… this is an all in one!The tier shelves are adjustable in the sense they can swivel around to be on either side, which served the purpose of stairs. The fabric and rope for scratching is good quality! The tension rod at the top is a fantastic idea and holds this in place VERY well. (Even with popcorn ceilings…it ain’t moving.)Assembly was a breeze, but a heads up: assemble in the room you want it. Trying to move an assembled 9 foot cat tree up stairs and into a different room wasn’t fun, but I did that to myself. Instructions included were clear, well drawn out, and detailed!10/10 recommend if you need a sturdy cat tree!

My cat loves this! It looks way classier than I thought it would. I got the gray color and so glad I did.One tip is to turn the platforms when you set it up so that they aren't aligned right on top of each other/in the same direction. Align them so they're adjacent. My cat was having trouble jumping from one platform up to the next, until I turned them to allow for enough jumping space. Now my cat uses the tree all the time and goes all the way to the top!Her happiness has seemed to improve since I got her this. It seems to make her feel powerful (lol!). And it's easy to build! Just read the directions carefully because they give you different steps based on your ceiling height. It's very sturdy, and my cat is about 12 lbs.She doesn't use the round gray hammock or the bottom house, but that's okay! Highly recommend. Doesn't feel or look cheap.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s obvious I received a used, returned AND DEFECTIVE item. Can I get that “used” price though?!! SMH. I say defective bc the bottom square base is missing the whole screw and thread the screw goes into. It’s wobbly and I’m not sure if it’s due to the missing screw or not. It was clear it was used due to the scratch posts being torn and fur being on it. It was very easy to assemble and easy to move once put together. My cat, Sushi didn’t like it at first but now he loves it which is the ONLY reason I’m not returning this. He looks like he won’t fit the basket but surprisingly does. Overall I’m unhappy with this purchase but Sushi really enjoys it so it stays. I really feel customer service should reach out and make this right.

I was nervous about purchasing this as you have to have the top spring secured against the ceiling since it’s so tall! I live in a renovated attic apartment, so all my ceilings are pointed in a downward V, and not flat. After an easy set up, the adjustable spring and suction type top still wedged and stuck between the walls! My cats love it and it’s pretty sturdy even when they are roughhousing. Great price point, I would definitely recommend!

Writing this on day #3 of owning the product. The instructions were very easy to follow and gave many options for how to put it together depending on how high your ceiling is. The colors are also very pigmented. I’ve had this in my save for later list for a long while and felt it was a really great sale price. When set up, it does move a little when my cat jumps on it but otherwise seems very structurally sound! My cat is a very cautious climber, either because she lived the first part of her life under a bush or because she’s a bigger girl I’m not sure so it did take some confidence building to get her to use this. Right from the box she knew it was for her and a scratching post but the platforms make her nervous so for awhile she conflictedly meowed at it instead of trying it. She can fit on them and it might be a little tight but otherwise she balances on them very well. The room to jump up and down between them is pretty narrow depending how you place the shelves so for awhile I set one of her other trees beside it so she could jump on it if needed getting down. Only thing I wish was different about it is a little bit more platform room on the bed shelf. She acts extra cautious and nervous trying to get on it, balance and then reach the next level without slipping into the bed part. She’s a hammock girl and I know she’s going to love the bed and so far I’ve put her in the bed and held her in it from beneath but she hasn’t tried it solo yet. We are at the point where she is having fun getting up on it when I’m out of the room now which means she is enjoying and trusting it! (See my night time ring vid). It did come with some circle felt pads to be placed on the wooden shelf pieces but I am not going to use those because I don’t care for the gray color. I’m going to get some colorful felt and attach those with the provided adhesive instead. I also really like the tension mechanism that keeps it to the ceiling and how easy it could be to move to other areas if I want to change the space!
