Was ok , but after 2 weeks it is not showing video shot in darkness , ie infared is no longer working ?

Great camera images are very sharp day or night. Only one small problem was that I could not get it to connect to my e-mail so used the ethernet cable.

Easy to install and good quality pictures

Utter, utter, utter, sh1te !! Setting up is fairly easy, but the performance of this so called security camera makes it a waste of time and money.- Most of the advertised features, such as 'two way audio' don't work. All you get is a crackle like a geiger counter. 'Motion detection'...what a laugh. IF it actually detects something it is gone by the time this camera gets to record it. You might see the back end of a car going by perhaps.- The damn thing frequently loses connection, which makes the whole idea of a 'remotely viewable' security device rather pointless. Sometimes it seems to be connected, but ony shows a black screen. As I was at home I was able to reset/re-install/restart the device, but what if I was away from home?- The instructions, poor as they are, are not even for this camera but for the Pan, Tilt, Zoom model. Interestingly, zoom control appears on the app. screen and although the icon responds to a touch, the camera doesn't change. No zoom at all, neither in or out. It would be handy as the viewing angle of this camera is small and useless for say, covering a driveway.- There is no instruction on how to save any recordings, once the SD card is full it will overwrite them and you lose the ability to see them online. The novelty value of being able to see your driveway from your phone wherever you are ( subject to the frequent lost connection issues) would soon wear off. Seeing your car being stolen, but unable to save the clip would also be quite annoying I suspect.Overall, this camera is not fit for purpose.

Didn't think I would need to drill a hole big enough for 3 wires, didnt find quality of camera great when set up. Also having to link to another inteenet access to watch live feed meant i wouldnt gave been able to use my phone for anything else at the same time, cant link to your own i ternet provider access code. Bit strange so sorry not for me. Gave one star as product was returned and full refund was given quickly with no quibble.
