Great way to burn calories and blow off some steam. Initially thought it would take a lot more water than it did. Has a good feel when you hit it. None of us are competitive fighters but it works for all of us in the house. We all really enjoy it too. Only little thing is, I didnt realize it wouldnt come with anything to hang it up but that was an easy fix.

Great punching bag for my kids. You don't need to put much water in it since it has the core. It's very durable and strong and made well. Alot of fun. Doesn't come with anything to hang it though which would have made it alittle better if it did.

Really like the neoprene design and the water component which provides the right "feel" when hitting the bag. Definitely a quality bag and build job on it. Most telling is the fact that everyone who tries it comments and asks where they can get one - enjoyable experience and a cut above the rest!

This Heavy bag is a game changer as now I don't have to either look for some poly filling online or save up my old clothes for years to fill a punching bag. I have had a fairtex bag that is still not filled for over 4 years now because I still don't have enough used clothes to fill it. This bag has a durable cover and is easier on your hands then a normal Thai or boxing punching bag. I really like how it is filled with water and air in order to get the correct firmness that is customizable to suit your personal needs. I'm hoping that Meister comes out with a longer Thai bag version of this style bag. I mainly use this bag for punching and light precise kicking. I prefer a hard style bag to use for kicks so I can condition my shins as well as feel that thud on my shin. But, I really would like to have a Thai style bag that is filled with Air and water just to try. As far as easy set up I would give a 10 stars if I could. This bag is also better for all of my kids to use because it is easy going on the hands so I don't have to worry about them getting injured. I have used those all filled water punching bags and I don't really like them. This bag isn't like striking those bags because of the air in combination with the outer cover which gives it that striking feel and it doesn't feel mushy like those all water bags. If you can't tell by now I could go on and on about this bag because I truly love it.

I really have nothing at all negative to say about this heavy bag. I really love the air/water combo since it gives the bag sufficient weight and firmness, but you can pretty easily deflate/drain it if you need to move it... vs lugging around a traditional HEAVY bag. The cover is high quality, and I've noticed that it's easier on my hands than a traditional leather, stuffed, heavy bag. I suppose this could be a pro, or a con, depending on your application... but I think it's a bonus. I'm just looking for some exercise, and not necessarily to toughen up my shins or anything like that.Setup and installation was easy, just beware that you'll need to find something to hang it from (not included). Overall it works great, seems to be very well-made and durable, and I would definitely buy it again.Recommended.

Initial fill-up is kind of a hassle, but as long as you take a little more care than I did, you'll be happy with it.It definitely doesn't feel like a traditional heavy bag, and doesn't take a punch or kick like one, but for the price (and for moving) it's a fair compromise.
