Wonderful book!!
I got this for my 15 year old daughter and she is actually reading it! Being a teenager is hard enough, and I remember the emotions and insecurities I dealt with, and that was prior to social media. I do not want my daughter to ever feel alone and confused. I do have her talking with a counselor once or twice a month just to give her the outlet of she can’t come to me and even her counselor told me how awesome this book was!! (Proud mom moment, lol) She said she wrote it down and would now be recommending this for her teenage patients. We’ve only started this about a month ago, so she still has a lot to read but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!My main selling point was that it has multiple books in one. I had selected 3 books with different topics and couldn’t choose because they were all relevant so I was elated when I found this one. I’ll be purchasing another one very soon as my younger daughter is now a preteen.

I haven't gotten to use it yet because I had to leave a review to be able to gain access to the printable worksheets. I will update my review after the book can be used with the worksheets.

Great resource
A great resource for kids, teens, and even adults to help with anxiety and emotions. Lots of techniques and activities to choose from. A couple of pages were torn so not sure if was used and returned or happened when printed.

Fascinating book
As a parent of a teenager who used this book, I must say it is an incredibly fascinating read with a unique approach. It goes beyond simply teaching coping and mindfulness skills; it provides specific exercises aimed at helping young individuals internalize and integrate these essential skills. Witnessing my teenager engage in these exercises led to eye-opening realizations about themselves that they were previously unaware of.For instance, one exercise involved a quiz that assessed their self-doubt levels. It was insightful to see my teenager reflect on their own doubts and gain a deeper understanding of their insecurities. Absolutely Amazing Book!
This book changed my teens' life. My son doesn't particularly enjoy reading, so I was unsure if he'd be able to go through a book this big. Well, he went through it in 1 week. This book is very informative, helpful and so very true. It hit on every single emotion my son has experienced. It truly gives teens the tools and knowledge they will need to deal with teenage issues. It won't be overnight, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. If your teen is struggling with mental health, please advise them to read this book, they won't regret it!
