Reliable product at an excellent price point.
Excellent product. Magnesium Glycinate is a readily bioavailable absorption form. I've had consistent success with Naturebell supplements, this one no different. I've found Naturebell to be a reliable product, stands up well in independent lab analysis sources I refer to. That's all you can ask for, a reliable product at an excellent price point... Of course, Magnesium is a mineral many active people find supplementing to be of benefit. I'm convinced.

Good supplement.
Recommended to my by my doctor to help with sleeping and restless legs. NatureBell does not have the usual side effects that other magnesium supplements have. I like them enough that any supplement I’m recommended I look for Nature Bell first.I do wish pills were smaller though

Magnesium glycinate
According to the label that says 500 mg of magnesium glycinate and I have to take more than recommended. So, hope it's not the product, but just don't know if it's the potency that it says.

El mejor producto que e comprado la verdad este magnesio es magnífico si quiere levantarse activo y totalmente descansado antes tenia que pasarme el dia tomando café ahora ni lo pruebo y tengo una energía increíble, tomo una cápsula antes de dormir y duermo bien relajado me a ayudado mucho a conciliar mi sueño. Lo recomiendo 100%

Always check for the amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium in a product.
First off, this product is excellent. My only complaint is that many companies that sell various magnesium supplements list the amount of magnesium source in advertising and on the front of bottles but fail to tell consumers that the amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium they are getting is often much less. This company lists the amount of magnesium taurate as 1,500 mg. Yes, this is true. You're getting 1,500 mg. of magnesium taurate, but actually only getting 135 mg of elemental (available) magnesium with each 3-capsule dose. Other than this misleading labeling, the product is everything I asked for. Thanks!
