Dried up a very wet basement.....

We put this down in a damp crawlspace for the spring/summer months when there's more rain/moisture. Seems to work fairly well. The drain line is pretty short, so we have to position it fairly close to the sump pump for drainage. We put it on a wooden pallet and its light enough that it doesn't cause any buckling or anything. It's big but not so big that we couldn't get it down into the crawlspace, so has decent maneuverability. It's fairly intuitive and easy to use, and seems to pump pretty well. I do wish these "industrial" dehumidifiers were cheaper, but they work pretty well for large spaces. It would definitely be overkill for a bedroom or something, but works well for the crawl. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of dehumidifying a problem area.

I purchased a Dehumidifier for my crawl space from this company. I always read reviews. They got good ones so I went with them. Had the unit installed for 2 weeks and the pump stopped working. Naturally I wanted an entirely new one because one thing I have learned over the years is if something breaks in 2weeks it’s probably a lemon. After contacting the manufacturer I was told to send it back to them to be repaired not replaced. After 3 weeks I have not gotten any response from them. I have no clue where or when I will get the unit back. I have made several attempts to contact them and gotten no response. Spend your hard earned money on a different company these guys don’t care.

The basement always seems to have a high humidity level. This has worked great to bring down the humidity to a reasonable level. Very quiet when running and its compact design makes it easy to put anywhere. Drain line is a little short but that is something I can fix. Fan is strong and has nice heat. The body is very strong and durable but is still fairly lightweight. Very easy to use and has a nice led display for room humidity and what it is pushing out. Set and forget for more permanent solution once it reaches its set level it will automatically shut off and turn on again when needed. Overall great unit.

This dehumidifier is just what I was looking for. I do relief work for my church which includes working and storm areas or where there have been a fire and fireman with hoses spraying down homes. Most of the time in these cases the water does more damage or as much damage as the fire or flood itself. So drying out the home is high priority The size of this dehumidifier really works well in drying out a home. And while I have not been called out as of yet to use this when I do I am sure that this will work well in the job that we are there to do. So this item was donated to my relief work at my church it will be put to good use to care for my family of fellow worshipers.

This is a great way to reduce the humidity in our crawl space. It has made an incredible difference in the comfort level of our crawl space and even in the adjacent finished space. This is a fantastic unit. I recommend this dehumidifier if you are living in an area with high humidity or if you have high moisture levels in the joists in your basement/ crawl space.

This unit is incredibly impressive! It’s quiet, it’s efficient, and it’s noticeably effective! I agree the power cord would be better up higher and maybe a bit longer, but it’s acceptable. I was unaware of a WiFi/Bluetooth connection I must have missed that option….. overall product is perfect for multiple occasions of wet craw spaces or emergency cleanup from flooding etc. Very impressive
