Tasty
I like the taste of this. It has a tart flavor but not sharp like lemon or lime juice. So far, I have used this in cooking, but I have also tried this in cocktails with vodka and grenadine syrup. This comes in a glass bottle, and mine came properly sealed. Some settling does occur.

Not really for Persian food
Doesnât taste anything like âabghoorehâ, which is sour and used to elevate the taste of herbs and seasonings. It is a variation of what you would use lemons, limes, ore vinegar. Abghooreh is made from unripe green grapes, and while this product has a more palatable pink colouring to it, it is definitely not what you would use for Persian food. You will not achieve the result needed.
