This thing is perfect! We've learned how to adapt it for numerous other items far heavier than what it's intended for, and it just holds like a gorilla. As long as the glass and suction cup are kept clean when you put them on, it will stay stuck on forever! Highly recommended!!!

I have a Lume Cube attached to the back of my monitor that I used for video call lighting. My old clamp wasn't holding. This works great! My monitor case is a little textured so the suction cup wouldn't hold until I put a square of adhesive plastic on the monitor back. It would be nice if they included a little 4" x 4" square of plastic for this, but otherwise I'm very satisfied.

These suction cups are really strong. I use two every week while recording automotive content. I use them on the exterior and interior of vehicles. GoPro camera are mounted on each. I do recommend a flat surface, not a curved part of a vehicle....not even a little. Also, ensure the surface is clean and free of dirt/road debree. They are super strong and I trust them more than anything. They have gone over 150mph with cameras attached!

Used it on the window of a peice of farm equipment. Stayed on good through bouncy fields and held the insta360 good. Would recommend for filming off side of vehicle

I have tried a bunch, because I need the GoPro to stay attached to glass, with an external charger, for about two hours. All of the others I have tried, really struggled to last that long, so I would typically find it on the concrete when I went back to get it. I have used this item at least a dozen times in the same scenario and it hasn't failed me once. As soon as you attach it, you can tell it isn't going anywhere. I have always been happy with my purchases from Smallrig.

The mount frequently fell off a window in use with an action camera, despite following instructions. The grip and method was simply weak and unreliable.The build quality is good and the ball mount is nice when it works, but it fell off 4 times over the course of a few hours while recording. Therefore I am returning it and will be looking for a different solution that's stronger.

This is well made and very nice camera rig. I use it for my smaller camera and it holds well. Make sure car is clean in that spot.
