It was shipped from England. It doesn't function as advertised, has limited vocabulary and is difficult to navigate and use in a specific language. When requesting an authorization for return, I was told that I would have to ship it back to England. The cost of shipping exceeds the value of the device. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want to be ripped off.
