These TWS buds from CB hit the right spot with design, features and sound quality for the price range.Audio quality: The sound is crystal clear. The base is punchy, but the treble is much better; not only crisp, but clear and “noiseless”.Case: Black, suitcase shaped, right sized and soft to touch, it has minimalist indicator LEDs that give a premium look.Earbuds: These have pods, but not very long and give a new look. Controls are responsive and easy to get used to, quickly. Increasing volume is easy, tap and hold the right earbud. To reduce volume, tap and hold the left earbud. Easy!ENC is decent. At about 60% volume, could hear just the music and all conversations about 8-10 feet away (inside the house) drowned out. While I don’t know right way to test this, I am not buying these for this feature. Not expecting much at this price point.Wireless charging feature is a bonus too. Saves a lot of trouble. While not tested it, wireless charging to full capacity takes 2.5 hours compared to cable charging at 1 hour. This is a standard difference.Not yet used the calling feature (not a fan if these, I am traditional), but will go by the claim and popular feedback.Overall these TWS buds offer a lot in the package for the price.

I bought the CrossBeats Neopods 300 TWS Earbuds six months ago, and my experience has been quite disappointing right from the start.While they were okay for listening to music initially, I quickly noticed problems during calls. The microphone and speaker stopped working randomly, making conversations difficult. Even putting the earbuds in the case during a call didn't solve the issue, and I wouldn't get notifications until I turned off Bluetooth.On top of that, the volume acted strangely during music playback, going up or down on its own. This made enjoying my music a real challenge, impacting both my relaxation time and work calls with my team.To add to the frustration, there is no noise cancellation feature, which is a significant drawback, especially during calls in noisy environments.I've tried reaching out to CrossBeats for help, but the problems persist. It's disappointing, affecting both my personal and work life.I'm still hopeful for a solution, but for now, my experience with the CrossBeats Neopods 300 TWS Earbuds has been less than satisfactory.

Have been using this ear pods for an ear now the battery capacity is good but starts depleting after 6 to eight months. By the completion of a year need to find a new one.
