Campbell's HomestyleItalian-Style Chicken Soup With Turkey Meatballs, 16.1 OZ Can (Case of 12)

Due to illness, I am keeping myself on mostly soups that have no cream. Just broth-based. This soup has a very nice-tasting broth, which is good because as usual, any canned soup is more broth than anything!The meatballs are as expected, nice flavor, but not made to be eaten on their own. A few squares of chicken in there as well. Meat parts are small, soup also contains small chunks of carrots, thankfully not mushy ones, and of course the pasta (maybe orzo?). As a whole, for me, this soup is really tasty. The next time I have this I will add more barley or rice.On my 'stock up on these' listEDIT 9/18 I bought the multipack, and it is a great price, and just as tasty. Still fantastic even though I'm back on full solid food, I've had this 4 times so far. I did add some leftover rotisserie chicken but decided against adding more 'pasta' to it. The broth as mentioned is very good, and reminds me of my mothers' crock pot soups. Will be buying a couple more multipacks for the winter and to share family

I ordered this because I needed to spend a few more dollars to get overnight shipping from Amazon and this filled the bill so to say.It did sound interesting from the description, and I figured push comes to shove I could serve it to one of the grandsons who will eat anything you put in front of him so it wouldn't go to waste.Then one evening a week or so back I was looking for something quick and easy to eat and came across this can of soup and thought well it is Campbells, I'll give it a try. Opened the can, poured it in a pan and heated it up, darn if it isn't some pretty good filling soup. I did add a few spices to liven it up to my personal taste preference, but even before doing so it had a nice taste to it.Would I order it again, you bet I would. Matter of fact I have a nice supply of low-cost cans of Campbell's soup in various flavors in my cabinet most acquired via the I need to spend a few more $ to receive overnight or same day shipping. It is amazing the different soup and flavorings available on Amazon that you never see in the local retail stores.

This soup is good, pretty tasty, and could use a bit more flavor for yours truly. And a lower price. I add ingredients: sometimes, bone broth (homemade, ), usually more seasonings - onion, garlic, rosemary,,etc. Then, another aspect explaining my 4 star, I add more protein (freshly cooked chicken, mostly) and definitely more water. The value is there if there is more than one generous serving per can -- one serving should mean a hefty cup, plus some.This soup is, for me, is a very good base from which to begin making soup. Lovely stock, yummy tiny "meatballs", but a wee bit bland given the rich possibilities of chicken soup. I'll buy it again, plan to put it on subscriber status - it's that good of a foundation product.

I don't eat beef or pork, so seeing this canned soup with turkey meatballs peaked my interest! Many prepared foods have beef or pork ingredients. This soup was all caps SO DELICIOUS! The only thing I would change is if the little pasta dots were a bit larger but as it is I love it so much and will for sure buy again !

but the turkey meatballs are tough flavorless, and i give them to my dogs

This tastes so gooood! This is a great alternative to the usual chicken soup. It is savory and no extra water needed. Great with a slice of heart bread or a few crackers.

One of the best canned soups out there! I always have some in the pantry. Not to mention the price is usually very reasonable.
