Sadly There's no quick fix when you're on your feet all day dealing with severe plantar fasciitis. I've been wearing these for a week now and I am no longer going home and immediately crying from holding in the pain all day. Every day my feet hurt just a little less. When I get home I put on my gell arch support wraps, that coupled with Epsom salt soak and long massage every night really seems to be helping. It's a tedious long process but even just a little relief is a huge deal. With these inserts I've noticed my knees and hips aren't hurting as bad either, I don't know if it's because I'm not limping as much or it's correcting my posture or both but either way they've made a huge difference. They're a little uncomfortable at first but just stick with them.

I have a bad knee causing lower back pain. I don’t want to sound like a commercial but these make a BIG difference in improving my gait to alleviate the back soreness. I still need to have a knee replacement but in the meantime my knee pain is bearable and back pain gone! These are easily inserted and easily removed to use in other shoes.

They do help when I have to do a lot walking. The arch support is excellent

I like that it hold more than I thought it would. Dislike that the inside pockit torn off. I wish I could get a replacement

These are amazing! I believe I read in the description that they are heavy duty or for heavier people. I'm 5' 170 lbs so I have some extra weight. I'm in a factory environment lots of walking and standing. Do not bother with the well known brands that we all see in the stores. I did a bit of research and it turns out they aren't that great as far as arch support goes. They hold up well. I bought my daughter a pair she is thin but had severe foot and knee pain by the end of the shift. They work just as great for people who aren't over weight.I will continue to buy these. DEFINITELY worth the money!!

This was definitely a used product. Before opening the package, it's apparent that the tips of the inserts have been cut off, and they are covered in pet hair. I paid for a new product, not for a used one.

I have tried many inserts over the years as I have very high arches. Most hit part of my arch but not all. These have a wider arch support that fit my whole arch! Stellar support that makes my feet NOT hurt!! I will buy again.
