Bought this cabinet to retire an old steel file cabinet that I've had for many years and no longer need. This one fits perfectly under my workstation desk. Assembly is quite involved but easy to do once you get everything laid out. Be prepared to spend at least an hour minimum (or two) putting this together. All the parts were there (none missing) and everything fit together well. The drawer bottoms were a bit tight, so don't tighten up the screws until you get it in the slot. The hardware looks very good and seems to be pretty decent quality. The only thing I would change is the locks...each one has a different key. It would better if all were keyed the same so you didn't have to have three sets of keys. Another plus is all four wheels have locks so it won't roll around. The wheel under the front of the bottom drawer was a neat addition...to help keep the drawer from being stressed with the weight of many files (no lock on it as it's not needed). Overall, I like it and can recommend it. It'd make a great printer stand too. Do keep in mind, you must have patience when putting these type things together. If you don't have any, get someone else to do it for you.

This is a nice looking 2 drawer file cabinet with a balancing wheel on the bottom to prevent tipping over. I chose it to match the color of other grey wood furniture in my office space. Once put together it works well but pay attention when putting it together. Don't make the mistake of snugging the drawer rails too tightly to the inside of the cabinet. The bottom drawer is ever so slightly too narrow and kept popping out of cabinet rails. Loosening the screws for the cabinet rails a little bit allowed the drawer to stay fully seated and it hasn't popped out since I made this adjustment. Also the file cabinet features keyed locks, but the keys are different for each drawer and the metal collar that holds the lock in place does not sit flush to the drawer face without a lot of pounding using a hammer and screwdriver. It is a light duty file cabinet for A4 sized hanging files and meets my needs. It is adjustable to letter size for hanging files but good luck finding them in a store. All in all I'm satisfied now that it's all put together and working. Update February 2025: I received excellent service from Vingli when one of the casters broke off. The casters were in the locked position and I slid the cabinet across my carpet and one of the casters broke off. (Note to self: unlock THEN move.) I contacted Vingli support and they shipped an entire set of casters at no charge. They took about 15 days to arrive but I'm pretty sure that overseas shipping was involved. I was prepared to pay for replacement casters, but they shipped the new ones at no cost. Very nice company and I recommend this cabinet even more! Warning! This is NOT a quick assembly item--so if you don't have much patience, this is NOT the File Cabinet project for you! You would need to buy one that's ALREADY assembled! That being said--it comes in a LOT of parts-&-pieces and I needed my good-torque Drill to be able to get all the screws into the wood! Also, you should put the 4-Wheels, and THEN the Top, on LAST!! NOT halfway through the beginning stage of Assembly! Despite all the struggles, the finished result is a pretty attractive & rather sturdy Wooden File Cabinet for Home & Small Business. Love the rich, brown color variations in the woodgrain! If you're NOT hard on your furniture & you take proper care of this and DON'T abuse it, then like me, I expect you'll have this File Cabinet for MANY years to come!

I was very disappointed in it because the drawers don't pull out all the way. I needed a better file cabinet so I should have spent more money. Each drawer stops pulling out far enough so the back 4 or 5 inches is wasted space. In order to not have the files in the front all move to the back, I had to put a box of amazon nose tissue in the back of the files to keep them within reach. I should have listened to Rufus AI: it said that there are tipping issues; that happened to me, too. Even when the drawers weren't full, the cabinet tipped toward me when I tried to open a drawer. There were dozens of small parts and panels and different sizes of screws in tiny packets! It took a workman I hired took two days to put it together so that cost me a lot of money. One of the drawer panels was broken when he opened it, but it was inside the drawer so he used some wood glue I had. Worst of all, when I tried to return it for my money back, Amazon customer service said I would have to take it to a UPS to get it shipped back! I'm 76 and disabled; I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds so here's no way I could lift this thing into my car much less get it out of the car at a UPS. Since I can't get it back to a UPS and Amazon won't send anyone to pick it up even though I told customer service I'm permanently handicapped, I'll just give it away or use it as a plant stand. It's pretty to look at but it's not a file cabinet that works as a FILE cabinet so if you make the mistake I did and buy it because it's affordable, you are wasting your money. As far as labeling it a Rolling File Cabinet, the label should say: Buyer Beware!

It took a while to set up but overall I love it. We will be using it year round for homeschooling. It is very durable and sturdy which is something I look for often when it comes to things like this.

Hopeful, but very disappointed. While technically functional this product missed a few marks. First, the color is not as pictured. This “grey” definitely has a VERY warm / peachy tone and doesn’t appear as grey as pictured, especially compared to other “greige” products I have. Second, the back 4 inches of the hanging file folder drawer is basically inaccessible. The drawer doesn’t pull out enough to see the folders in the back and there really isn’t enough space for your hand to grab them. Third, it took about two hours to assemble. (Don’t use the screw driver it comes with or it will take longer)

This cabinet is perfect for what we want, but more importantly, the seller gave us the best customer service experience! We ordered the cabinet but before it was delivered, it went on sale for Prime Day. I figured, “what can it hurt?” and emailed the seller to see if they would be willing to refund me the $15 difference in price. I received a very nice response the same day, and my refund the next day. My husband and I assembled the cabinet easily…just be sure to read and follow the instructions provided.
