FEZIBO63" L Shaped Executive Standing Desk with File Cabinet, Electric Height Adjustable, Black Walnut

When I was looking for a standing desk with the ability of the entire desktop to become a standing desk, I came across this desk several times. I liked the look of the desk, but was very nervous given several reviews about missing parts and slow customer service.However, I took a shot and ordered the desk anyway. The shipping was very quick and the desk arrived in no time. I had my handy man come to assemble the desk but half way though he told me that the entire motorized part and levers that lifted the desk were missing. I thought to myself, you knew better and should have listened to the reviews.I immediately contacted customer service thinking I would never hear from them. Boy, was I wrong! In less than 24 hours, they got back to me and worked with me to resolve the problem. After several emails back and forth and no gaslighting, they sent me the missing parts, which arrived extremely quickly. After having the desk assembled, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered the desk.It is a great desk (not of the highest quality but very good quality). The motorized standing desk function works like a dream, and it has 3 pre save settings which makes life so much easier, with the press of a button you can customize your desired height. Was it an inconvenience to have missing parts, yes. But customer service was amazing and righted the wrong immediately, and for that, I am giving them 5 stars.

Please beware before doing business with Fezibo. I usually start with the bad reviews before purchasing to see what people are saying. I thought these must be the exception and not the rule and trusted that Amazon would make it right if there were issues. We’ve never had a problem before purchasing through Amazon when an issue occurred. Well, we experienced everything ever other poor review reported……slow delivery, damaged boxes, and ultimately defective parts making it impossible to construct the desk. After spending a week going back and forth with Fezibo support, they will not take returns on a desk that has been “assembled.” That’s right, taken out of the box and half assembled before we realized the parts were not correct and now they will not let us return it. I now own $800 of useless particle board. The desk does appear nice and if constructed probably just what we wanted. However, beware that you are taking a gamble ordering from Fezibo. You could end up with a decent product or just end up losing money. Good Luck!

I love this desk! It looks great, is durable, and functions so smoothly! My extremely handy husband did say it was a bit difficult to put together as many of the holes didn't line up, but he was able to correct that with his tools.The only drawback to this desk is that you can't hang any files because the bottom drawer for files is too small to fit a standard file folder so unfortunately, I have to have a separate file cabinet for my files.

This desk is very pretty and works well, and the instructions for assembly were easy to follow. However, for the price, there were some assembly issues that I did not expect. I had to re-drill holes through the metal brackets because they did not align. I also had to drill new holes in multiple pieces because some of the pegs and cam pins did not align with the existing holes, or documented holes were missing all-together (see photos for examples).Other things I don't love - shelf on the left side has large visible cam locks and no white caps are provided to hide them a little (I don't have anything on the shelf, so it is very noticeable); also - the back cabinet looks large/deep and is actually pretty small, and the largest drawer cannot hold file folders (I realize the dimensions are given in the specs of the desk in the description, so it is my own fault to have been surprised by these things.) Lastly, the motor is on the left side of the standing part of the desk, and the control pad on the right, leaving a long black cord spanning the underside. Works fine, but why not design them on the same side so as to not have an ugly cable?!?I did reach out to the manufacturer regarding the pieces not aligning, and they did have very prompt responses in trying to help, which is good customer service. They ultimately provided me with a $50 refund for my trouble in having to drill holes myself.Now that the desk is together, I like it very much, but it was a headache and left me without a useable office for about 2 weeks which was frustrating.

I've been using this desk for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I have a big ultra-wide monitor and I was a little worried it would be too heavy for it, but it lifts it just fine. I didn't have any issues with the delivery or damage - so I can't speak to customer support, but the desk is great. Its certainly pricey, but I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else.

I really wished I would have listened to the bad reviews instead of the very few good ones. The desk quality sucks for the price - I am missing pieces, customer service is taking forever to help me, the drawers will not line up no matter what I do. Just don’t waste your time or money on this, I am trying to return the desk which is super fun after it has already been assembled 🙃

With this price it is worth it. It took ~5 hours to set it up, and some part of it is a 2 person job, but the instruction is clear and straightforward. Parts were shipped in 3 different packages and arrived separately. The packaging was slightly damaged but was lucky the desk was not damaged. The desk has a great quality, it is stable and sturdy.
