Great decorations for a USA theme party, only bought this and didn’t have to worry about anything else. However the utensils are really small like for a children’s party, and they sent me two packs of forks instead of spoons. Good for the price, but definitely not the best.

You never really know when they’re made in China but these were quality decorations and really brightened up our Fourth of July party. Even had a pump to blow up the balloons!

Good quality of latex in balloons. We used this for a German/U.S. exchange group party and made an arch out of colors of both flags. We had a 9 ft circle arch and this was more than enough balloons when combined with the other set to represent Germany's flag. Balloons stayed inflated well and lasted for a couple of days before you noticed deflation. Bright bold colors.

Cute set for a party, used most of the decor and it was okay quality but not good enough to keep for next year too. Could not figure out the pompom ball decoration how to assemble them and gave up. Balloons looks good and lasted the whole day/night.
