I was pleasantly surprised with this bag as it surpassed my expectations on how well it performed. I bought this to carry some food in a suitcase while flying back from home (4 hoursflight). I put 6 ice blocks inside it and the food I wanted. After a total travelling of 7 hours the food got preserved ice cold. In fact the ice blocks were still in solid form upon arrival.I cannot comment on it's durability or it's ease of use for food delivery, I would suspect that it would need a better zipper for daily multi-use, but in my case it outperformed. Will definitely use it again to bring delicacies from back home.

Used it for a take away, food was still as hot when I got home. Good product.

It is good and roomy, but too flimsy to carry much weight. I used it to defrost my freezer and had to drag it across the floor when full.

Love this, keeps food nice and hot, not tested for cool stuff yet but it looks like it will be ok. Handy when bringing hot food to relatives 😁
