I like the combination of ingredients and it works well

Have to take 3 pills. It does have the necessary ingredients and seems good but I don't want to take 3 huge pills along with my other supplements. He results were also not as effective as my other brand.I'm going back to what I was taking before.

I was skeptical to try this but it really did help my anxiety and didn't leave me feeling off, weird, or numb. As a side effect of helping to calm my anxiety it also helped me slow down to think more clearly and without my mind racing with random thoughts. I will 100% be reordering these!

Better sleep for sure. I normally do not dream but this stuff puts you into deeper sleep with dreams. With the same amount of sleep, I feel even more refreshed. Mood not sure if it has changed much or if it is due to better sleep but I feel more like myself. Will be buying again.
