it is great but the fitting at the shower sprayer is small compared to standard heads
We love the hose - its length and flexibility. But the upper connector that mounts the shower head is about an eighth inch narrow. It stays put but it does not lock in place like a standard shower sprayer.

Very flexible and easy to install
I like the flexibility. Maybe I should have ordered a shorter one. It hits the floor if I drop the shower head. But on the other hand the length is great for reaching the corners when cleaning the shower or washing the dogs. So it gets 5 stars.

Leaked
The product was easy to install and was good for 4 months, then it started to leak, leak got worse over time It could not be fixed. I purchased a new head and hose combination from COSTCO. I am not unhappy with Amazon Prime. Stuff happens. New Kohler system installed is working and looking great.
