Does what it should. Quality head and well attached

Pole sturdy, Hook good quality. Use for loft hatch and reaching the higher up flower basket. Slightly annoying that I had to remove screws holding hook on and drive home properly. Better option than getting involved in returns & re-order.

The hook is very strong — doesn’t detach from the wooden pole even after several weeks of use of very large m, heavy sash windows. Highly recommend.
