White Peach is yummy and helps me recover after a brisk 30-45 minute walk on my treadmill. I think the flavor is too strong for one packet, so I use half of a packet for 20 oz water. It dilutes the flavor perfectly.

Was a bit salty when mixed according to packaging, I added another half cup of water. Has a great peach taste.

I am awful at drinking water and am routinely dehydrated. One of these always does the trick and it tastes really good. It is a little pricey compared to other brands, but it is more effective that others and the taste can't be beat.

This product is great for during and post workouts. It also helps when you drink it during sports activities in extremely hot weather conditions. The only negative thing is that they are priced too high, but they are delicious!
