Put new life in my 35 year old Braun 150 razor. Battery tabs were correct size. Razor has been idle for more than 15 years, but wanted to get it working again because it was a gift from my wife and otherwise still worked. I like the sideburn trimmer on the 150, too. Couldn't recover the old nicad, so decided to try this one. Stated capacity is 1000 mah, but at the conclusion of the break-in cycle on an MH-C9000 Wizard One Charger-Analyzer it read 1102 mah. I consider that pretty good because nowadays it is difficult to find batteries that test to their stated capacity. Important to follow the manual for proper charging of nicad equipped devices to keep from prematurely killing the battery. Probably not as big a deal with the newer razors as the battery technology has changed.

I revived my otherwise dead beard trimmer with one of these and saved some money.

Ease of installation depends on the application, lol. I installed it an older Norelco hair trimmer. A little tricky.

The battery in my Remington beard/mustache/ear/nose hair trimmer had worn out and you can't use it with a bad battery even if it's plugged it. I took the trimmer apart, no easy task in itself, installed this new rechargeable battery and now it works better than it was when new. The original battery would only hold a charge for a day or so even if it wasn't used. This one has been holding a charge for two weeks now.You can spend 25 bucks for a new trimmer, or 5 bucks for this battery and a half hour of your time. Your choice!

lasts longer than the original battery. Easy to install if you have a soldering iron. The only tough part was opening the trimmer's plastic housing. I broke a nib but it still works. Better than buying a whole new trimmer.
