Very pleased with this product
Great laptop. I only gave 4 stars for gaming as I don't know as I haven't used that feature

Real Gem
Even a friend of mine remarked what a real gem of a laptop I bought. It does all I need it to do. The sound is powerful and the picture quality brilliant even to project onto a big screen while Zooming. Itβs not a touchscreen version as it was around an average price. I use a wireless mouse with it although there is a touch pad. It needs to be charging while Zooming and using the projector as this activity is rather power hungry.

Extremely Slow
Keyboard is very jerky and has a very inexpensive finish. Coming from a MacBook Air (which I know are not comparable) itβs just a bit slow and disappointing

keyboard freezes and only unfreezes if you do a total shutdown and restart.
Furthermore can only cope with 4 windows open at once. only had it send end July 23 and not used for anything except work, no gaming etc.

Very simple. Ad says it has a touchscreen and it doesn't.
