Received the order VERY quickly. Seems to be working quite well (started mid-June 2018), since the birds are getting new vibrant red feathers (replacing dull orange old feathers) during this molt. I don't put the Intensief in their water - instead, I make red "cornbread crumbs" for the birds (very little wasted since there are no chunks of cornbread for the birds to carry around and drop through their cage mesh floor). Easy, inexpensive recipe - use one box of "Jiffy" corn muffin/bread mix, replacing the milk with plain water. Add a raw egg, as per the recipe on the box. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey. Add 4 scoops of Intensief powder, as desired, and stir it in - it will start out yellow and suddenly change into dark red batter. Pour the slightly lumpy batter into a square baking pan (greased) and bake as per the directions. Cool and cut into small cubes (it will be crumbly) of a size that will be a single day serving for your birds ( a single 3/4" cube once per day is enough for a dozen canary-size birds housed together in one cage). Store in a covered container in the freezer until needed. When ready to serve to the birds, just crumble a cube onto a folded piece of paper, until it is fine crumbs. Wait a few minutes for it to thaw, then place into a feeder for the birds (continue to provide their normal food and water as well, of course). This is a good "egg food" for them, full of excellent nutrition, and they love it. Mine eat every last crumb of their daily ration within about 1/2 hour, so there is no chance of spoilage this way. UPDATE November 4, 2018: Wow. I can't believe the difference this has made in my birds. Not only has the dull brick red turned into brilliant crimson, but their black coloration is so intense that it almost appears ebonized. People who see my birds can't believe the clarity and saturation of their colors. I was initially worried that the supplementation might turn their white feathers pink, but the white has remained absolutely pure, with no streaks or shading of any kind. Additionally, the birds appear more content - their interactions are calmer, with no harassment at the feeders, and no tensions over nest boxes or perches. What a difference.
