I was looking for a solution to recording my bike workouts. I consider SMART watches, but they are a lot of money. I wondered if I could securely attach my SMART phone to my bike and record my activity, stats route etc through the Polar Beats App and the H10 chest sensor brought previously. The media could not be loaded.  I would prefer if there was also a protection at the top, just incase I forget to screw it in hard, I also would like easier access to pressing at the edge of the grips, which cover the screen a little, preventing me from using two bits either side of the phone, but it is more for navigation and viewing I would say. Quality is great, very strong and sturdy, may need to unscrew and screw in the lock longer, depending on phone, it is quite annoying that to undo it you have to unscrew a few times, I have used others that can flip open a lever that unlocks the phone.Then again, that could be dangerous. This one is more secure on the edges, if you tighten it hard, the phone is not going anymore and thus gives it excellent protection for holding the phone in place. the length is about 90mm maybe 91 if you stretch it but I would say 90, the dimensions on the product page are correct. Depth is about 1 inch or just below 24-25mm.Hard to see clearly as it's curved design, but it is the deepest and widest phone holder I have used, so was well worth it all stats are high with this one, that can spin around 360, with little side movements left and right up and down.

Neatly packaged in a plain, brown, cardboard box. Solid construction, quick to fit and easy to use. It adjusted to standard and oversized bar width with a simple turn of the large nut on the clamp. The rather large, rubber lined clamp jaws prevented the holder from drooping with the weight of the phone fitted. It held the phone well over bumpy roads and gravel tracks, can't guarantee the same for heavy, off road use. The ball and socket allowed for a variety of angles to be set depending on which part of the handlebar it was attached to. Although a little heavier, due to the metal bolt inside the ball joint, than other phone mounts, it makes it more robust if struck accidentally. Because the upper part of the phone is clear of obstruction when mounted, the camera can be accessed if you want to film your ride. Due to this design it is less obtrusive than other, larger phone holders.
