I've been using lots of oil pulling products and this one really makes a big difference. I can literally see the plaque coming off my teeth. I've really struggled with plaque buildup and I spent a lot of money experimenting with all kinds of different things. This particular product has lots of vitamin e in it and it feels really good on your gums. Like most people I'm fighting gingivitis in some form and I think this really has made a difference. I can tell by just looking at my mouth. Plaque that I've had for quite some time is going away. My dentist wants $6,000 to scrape the bottom of my mouth because the plaque build up. I can literally see the plaque slowly going away because I've been brushing with oil pulling for the last month.

I was not expecting this. Not pleasant and do not in any way recommended.

So far I like this mouthwash because it makes my teeth feel cleaner after a rinse. This is a thick liquid that you can taste the coconut in, no sweetness but you can taste a hint of mint. This only recommends to swish for 30 seconds but I do it for longer. Not noticing a brighter smile yet but I can feel the decrease of tarter on my teeth.

Well I’ve only used this 3 times so far but I can already tell a difference in my gums. The redness has gone down and the bleeding is way less. Just after 3 uses! So I love that! The problem is that it tastes SOOOO bad. It coats your tongue in a thick layer of oil and sunscreen flavor and it doesn’t go away after swishing with water OR brushing your teeth. You literally have to scrape every millimeter of your tongue to get that awful, disgusting taste out. Today I -literally- threw up because the taste would not get off of my tongue. I wish I was exaggerating. If you already do not like coconut flavor, you will HATE this. However, the coconut oil is necessary because it has great benefits. I think I’m going to suffer through it and just have something ready to scrub my tongue the SECOND I spit because I think the benefits do outweigh that terrible taste. I just probably won’t buy this brand again.

I do not like when others share false information. This product is not expired like other reviews are stating. MFG is the date the product was manufactured, NOT the expiration date. If you read the label correctly, this product is best used before 24 months AFTER MFG which would make this product good until 12/2026 - be sure to be accurate with information you share before spreading false information.In a positive note - I absolutely love the measuring cup the product came with. Makes measuring a breeze and the application of the product flawless.Only giving a 4 right now as I just got the product and want to allow more time of use before giving final results.UPDATE: updating to 5 star. Amazing product. Making my 3rd purchase now ❤️

This pulling oil was disappointing. It arrived solid and despite being in a warm home for a week, it’s still chunky and lumpy. The oil is someone gritty in the mouth and doesn’t easily melt like other pulling oils I’ve tried. The mint is not very strong at all. Can’t get over how gritty and chunky this oil is.

I had to wait to use before I left a review. I don’t leave many reviews but this is a must do! My sensitive teeth have improved drastically and I’m so pleased with the health of my gums! I just ordered 2 more bottles!

great product but would prefer it in a one liter pack as i need to keep re ordering . 200 ml lasts just 10 days

The oil doesn’t have a strong/bad taste despite having sunflower oil. The mint flavour is refreshing. All in all a nice product for oil pulling everyday
