Great for plantar fasciitis relief
Bought these as due to reviews and general 'googling' as I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a few years now due to fallen arches (age related) and have spent a small fortune on other inserts and insoles but found that none really worked great or did for a while and then feet started aching one the shape or fit of the insole lost its rigidity etc.I bought one pair to see how they faired out and so far so good. I have had them in a couple of different pairs of shoes and they support my arches. The advise from Vionic is to take out the shoe insole and then put in the vionic insole. I was unable to do this with a couple of pairs of my shoes and found that my toes where a bit cramped and the Vionic website recommends that if this is the case to purchase 3/4 size insoles. The shoes that I was able to take out the insole the Vionic insole worked a treat and while the first couple of wears made my feet a bit tired and achy, once I got used to them it was a bit of a revelation and I was very happy with and was able to walk around in work, to the supermarket etc. etc. without sore aching feet which was a first for a long time.I recommend these insoles but bear in mind that full length may not be suitable for all shoes especially if you can't remove the shoe insole so then you may be better off getting the 3/4 length insoles. For me the size is right, I am a size UK8 and got the medium insoles and they seem to be correct. They are a tad on the higher price but for me well worth it so far.If, in a months time I am not happy with them I'll re-post here.

Not enough arch support
I've tried at least a dozen insoles with arch support and they're all universally bad in that there isn't enough support and the foot still pronates, baffles me why this is so hard to achieve (just make the support higher folks...).The 3/4 length vionic's actually have one of the better supports I've tried, sadly better than these, though the support is slightly too far from the heel and they are more annoying to put on as they slip around in the shoe.Still out of the many pairs I've tried these are not bad.

Realignment of feet & knees worked for me.
This product does every thing it promised . Had to cut them down slightly to fit my main shoes but the support is fantastic and the ease I've found on my OA knees is just great & on the strength of my experience with insoles I've now order summer sandals from vionic

Not enough support for me
Not enough support for me. The Powerstep Pinnacle insoles are much better.

Great product, had to trim slightly for fit. Gives good support. Would buy again.

Ideal to aid in dealing with plantar fasciitus.
A standard orthotic to replace any shoe's removable insole. It can be easily trimmed to fit most flat shoes and is cheaper than customised orthotics.
