STEVEN by Steve Madden Women's Corry Pump

I feel in love with my new E&J "Clark" pumps and looked for colors other than my already acquired blue. Not finding any other colors in my size (6.5), I looked for the closest look-alike and found the STEVEN "Corry" in taupe, which was a lovely rich tone. While they may look virtually identical when viewed on a computer monitor, the fits are extremely different. The Corry scooped down an hit my foot right at that largest joint on the big toe (where your grandmother likely had a pronounced bunion). Even without the bunion, it was very uncomfortable and I didn't have the feeling that the situation would improve after a breaking-in period. The sole felt somewhat less stable when walking than the E&J shoe. Not being a shoe designer or an engineer, I don't feel qualified to diagnose the problem. I suspect an inferior, thinner material in the sole. Before I tried on the shoe I thought that, though it isn't a perfect match, for the price, it'll do. I was mistaken, so I'll be sending this shoe back ... as soon as the snow clears and I can get to the post.

Ordered these in an 8 1/2 like all the dress shoes I've ordered for years. This was large all around and I have average sized feet. I need an 8 in these bad boys. However, I still give them an 8 because it is beyond difficult (as a teacher on her feet most of the day) to find dress shoes with a reasonably sized heel and a comfortable pointy toe. Style and comfort rarely go together as it pertains to women's dress shoes. The toes is pointy but there's enough room for your toes. I ordered the black which could go with a skirt, dress, stockings, dress pants perhaps, etc. I wouldn't wear them with jeans. If you want to wear these to a wedding or night out dancing....with an elegant dinner dance, you name it! These work! They're not flashy but they're cute and slim your feet just enough to look youthful, stylish, and long-legged. Where have these shoes been all my life!?!! ( :

I trusted the reviews here and ordered my exact size, but unfortunately it's large, so large that my pinky can fit through the gap. Now i have to send it all the way back for ten days, and expect it to come. So much for wearing kitten heels at my friend's coctail party.

I love suede shoes and these were a very pretty taupe color but unfortunately, they were too tight in the toe box and I couldn't keep them. I have a bunion which isn't too bad yet, but my days of suffering from squished toes are over.

This shoes look very nice just as it on the photo. The fabric is nice. The lining is nice. The only problem is the sole. Its not used good-quality sole so that the sole seems very easily worn out. And Its large for my feet.

Classic looking pump in a great Teal color. Ran a fraction of a bit to small though. If you're considering you may want to purchase a 1/2 size larger.

These shoes are a beautiful teal color which is what I've been looking for-I've yet to wear them as I have develped a foot problem but I did try them and they seem to fit well. The heel is not too high and I'm sure they will look great on. Can't wait to wear them!!!!

I loved the shoes, but the toe box was too narrow for me.
