glad I finally got them, cheap to replace what i've got, and the genuine product that I should have, hoping it does last a while as has the colour change to make it easier to understand when is best to change which is a bonus for being durable. least it also feels easy to use comfortably and does a good job

I bought 2 as presents for my daughters - feedback is they are great - powerful enough for a good clean without being too noisy. The quality of the item and brushes is great and the price makes it good value. One pint to note, it’s supplied with a 2 pin plug so you’ll need an adapter plug to charge it in the U.K.

Great toothbrush heads with an at times flawed colour code to indicate when it’s time to replace them. They gradually change from green to yellow as a sign - although sometimes it’s hard to know if today is the day, so sometimes it’s best to just keep a calendar reminder of their recommended life span. It’s a nice to have reminder either way! The bristles feel high quality, strong enough to really clean my teeth / gums but not too harsh / remain comfortable to use. The packaging is well ceiled but a little difficult to get the brush heads out. Generally good value overall.

Fantastic brushes, these are definitely upgraded from previous oral-b version. You feel how the bristles softly massage your gums and go round every crevice of your teeth. Will be now my regular purchase. Pleasure to brush your teeth with.

Oral-B Pro Cross Action Electric Toothbrush Head, set of 4, white colour, with pictograms instead of the coloured rings, sold by Amazon. Seems to be authentic, just of a variety with the silly pictograms instead of the coloured rings. One needs glasses and bright light to see those pictograms, not important unless one is running out of colours for the electrical units for a large family. I suppose, with many kids those pictograms may work. I zoomed-in the camera on the bristles - some were x-shaped as advertised, and the colours of all of them already started fading as an indicator of the service life. This is good, because third-party compatibles do not have this feature. The overall quality is fine, nothing falling apart, the bristles staying in place. I also purchased a set of black ones, Amazon delivered a set of 8 instead of 4 - they don't have these x-shaped bristles and are generally worse made, probably counterfeit. Sold by: ExpressMeds - careful with this seller! So, it is hit and miss.
